Who We Are

ICC Kenya, since 1985, has been actively involved in provision of supply chain logistical support services in Kenya and the Eastern African Region. Over the years, we have grown to provide all encompassing in-house integrated services listed below.

Our office headquarters is in the central business district of Nairobi with branches at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport and the port city of Mombasa. We have all in-house facilities to support the lateral requirements of the freight industry. We can handle sizeable air and sea freight cargo at any given time.

We are conscious and respond with due credence and urgency to timely clearance and delivery of air and sea freight shipments and trans-shipments to the region.

All our staff members are experienced and possess a good track record of service in their respective areas. Aside from unavoidable natural attrition, there is stability in our staff retention and our key staff members have been with the company for a minimum of 12 years.

The company is small enough to provide personalized services for the individual needs of clients and large enough to take on substantial and sizeable cargo movements. We are in the service business and the ethos evolved in our work environment is for the delivery of quality, expeditious and cost-effective services to our customers. We are fully automated in our operations so as to provide the most efficient services with effective communication and follow up with our clients.

We largely accommodate our logistical support services to social development aid projects and programs of consulates, foreign missions, and donor and development agencies and recommended corporate/commercial clients whose social responsibility features prominently in their business operation and environs.
